A 4-hour paid working session on a real problem from our backlog. You see how we work, we see how you work. Either side can stop early.
Decision & offer
Final call with the founding team within 5 working days of the technical session. Offer letter the same day, or a written explanation if no.

Remote? Hybrid? In-office?
Most roles are remote-first within a 4-hour overlap with Lahore or Austin. Two of our senior engineers work fully remote from Lisbon and Toronto.
What does the technical session pay?
$400 USD for a 4-hour session, paid via bank transfer or Wise. Whether or not we extend an offer.
Do you sponsor visas?
Yes, for hires into Austin. We've sponsored 3 H-1Bs in the last 18 months. We don't sponsor for the Lahore studio.
I'm under-leveled on paper. Should I still apply?
Yes. Levels on resumes are noisy. The technical session is what calibrates us. About a third of our senior engineers were leveled up from mid at their last role.
I applied 6 months ago and got a no. Should I re-apply?
Yes, with one line about what's changed. We've extended offers to second-time applicants more times than we can count.
