We screen for what predicts shipping, whether you build AI systems or the products around them. The list is short on purpose.
Shipped work, on the record
One real production system you can talk about for an hour, whether it's an AI feature, a platform or a pipeline. Not the diagram: the actual decisions, trade-offs, and what you'd do differently.
Written communication
Your application is the writing sample. Keep it clear and specific, with no resume jargon. We read every word.
Operator's instinct
You think about the business outcome, not just the code. You read the metrics dashboard on Monday morning. You know what your work cost, down to the cost per request.

Remote? Hybrid? In-office?
Most early-career roles are on-site or hybrid in Lahore. Senior roles can go fully remote where the work fits. Each job page lists its own requirements.
Do you hire fresh graduates?
Yes. Our Early Careers program runs paid internships (8–12 weeks) and paid training (2–3 months), each with an assigned mentor.
What stack will I work on?
AI work runs on Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, vector databases and MLOps tooling. Product work uses React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI/Django and TypeScript, mostly on AWS.
I'm under-leveled on paper. Should I still apply?
Yes. Levels on resumes are noisy. The technical interview is what calibrates us, not your last job title.
I applied six months ago and got a no. Should I reapply?
Yes, with one line about what's changed. A past no reflects timing and fit at that moment, not a permanent verdict.
