Fresh Graduates — MERN, Python, AI/ML

About the role

This role is for fresh graduates who have a strong foundation in either MERN Stack, Python, or AI/ML. You’ll be working on real-world projects, learning modern development practices, and solving meaningful technical problems. You will collaborate with senior engineers, contribute to ongoing products, and continuously sharpen your technical and analytical skills. Our hiring process is fast — usually completed within 1–2 days.

What you'll do

• Strong understanding of MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• OR strong foundation in Python (APIs, scripting, backend development)
• Interest or academic background in AI/ML, data processing, or model development
• Solid understanding of databases — relational or NoSQL
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills
• Good communication skills — written and verbal
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Fresh graduates (0 - 6 months of experience)

What we're looking for

• Build, test, and maintain features using MERN or Python
• Assist in data pipelines, model training, or ML-related tasks (if applying for AI/ML role)
• Work with databases: design schemas, write efficient queries, and troubleshoot issues
• Participate in team discussions, contribute ideas, and communicate clearly
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Solve technical problems with a logical, structured approach
• Collaborate with senior developers to deliver high-quality work on time

Compensation & benefits

70,000 - 120,000
